CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made in writing up to 2 weeks prior to date of conference: To receive a refund minus $75 administration fee please send letter (Postmarked at least 14 days prior to conference) to: SMart Center 505 Old York Road Jenkintown, PA, 19046
Email cancellations will not be accepted.
$75 admin. fee will not be negotiated or cancelled due to amount of administrative processing required for registration and cancellation.
Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations 2 weeks prior to conference date. NO exceptions can be made.
Attendees who cancel are welcome to substitute another individual to take place for SAME conference. OR attendee (not substitute) can transfer registration to another SM conference within a two year period.
SMART CENTER will not reimburse attendee for ANY travel expenses for any circumstances. |
